At PetZenTrip108, we want you and your pet to feel completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which they were received
- In their original packaging
- Free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened grooming products (shampoos, brushes, hygiene tools)
- Used pet beds or toys
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@petzentrip108.com.
We will resolve the issue quickly and provide a replacement or refund.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item
- A wrong item sent
- A defect on our part
